I appreciated the breakfast experience, the hotel served excellant food. Neat rooms with a huge bed, felt like home. The location was great and handy, close to Speight's Brewery.

We truly enjoyed staying here, it's great modern hotel with smart staff on Saturday and Sunday by a different staff member. The location was fantastic, at a medium distance from a regional history museum.

We recently stayed at the Distinction Dunedin Hotel and were blown away by the incredible facilities. The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed. The beds were so comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep we've had in a hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service we received was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. we were extremely impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Right in the centre of town in the huge converted old Post Office, Distinction Hotel is surrounded by beautiful buildings built by the original Scots settlers. The rooms are large, modern and tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is also convenient, close to some very good cafes and the city centre.

Luxury and comfortable modern hotel with excellent staff on Saturday and Sunday by a different staff member, everything was really good. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable for all tastes. The property was in a perfect and stunning location, in the centre of town. A cool bonus was nearby Vogel st Kitchen, that offered tea and coffee. I really enjoyed this hotel.
